Boat work to resume next year.

Buying a new place had more involved with it than I originally thought.  Therefore, finishing the Batboat was put on hold.

Now that nearly all the things I need for the house have been bought  and most of the repairs and adjustments have been made I will have time for the boat.

Due to the fall weather and stresses with my business, however, work will begin again in spring 2014.  There isn't much left to do.  Its about 80% finished.

Stay tuned.

Hi, I love your post! I'd like to add a little. Actually, boat building is one of the funniest projects that you can start. Learning to build a boat is hard. Boats are complex vessels that you won't really understand until you build one. You will need a lot of motivation and patience to get you through your first boat build. thanks a lot!~ Paula J.

Glad to see you're still gonna finish. Last 10% is 90% of the work. I re-fired up my Jetflite project after a 2 year hiatus. Glad I did, its fun.
